Before
moving to the North Georgia Mountains, Paige had a thriving career in the
Atlanta area as an Attorney, specializing in Estate, Financial and
Retirement Planning. She taught seminars throughout Georgia on subjects
pertaining to money management and retirement planning. As her career
flourished, Paige began to consider owning a weekend home.
While it is obvious to anyone who meets Paige that she is a southerner, she
is not originally from North Georgia, so when asked by customers where she
is from and how she found her way to Fannin County, this is what Paige says,
" I was considering building a weekend home on a lot I had just bought on
Lake Oconee - in my hometown of Greensboro, Georgia - when I was invited to
visit friends in Gilmer County for a weekend. After that visit, I quickly
changed my mind about the location of my weekend home.
I became a part time resident of Ellijay in 1997, while maintaining a
primary residence in Atlanta. In no time, my love for the area completely
overwhelmed me and I made plans to live in the North Georgia Mountains full
time.
Although I had a successful career as an estate planning attorney and
financial advisor, my true dream was to turn my love for real estate into a
career in the North Georgia Mountains. After much hard work, I finally
turned that dream into a reality.
I feel that while the stock market is down and the economy is unstable, real
estate is the best investment anyone can make. Smart Money Magazine recently
rated Blue Ridge in its top five locations in the nation for investing in a
weekend home.
As in my former career, I am thrilled to be able to work with people, to
help them achieve their goals, and I look forward to developing lasting
relationships and building trust with my customers as they have faith in my
ability to help them."
After living in Ellijay for several years, Paige moved to Morganton,
Georgia, on the beautiful shores of Lake Blue Ridge, where she has a
fabulous view, especially at sunset.
